Order Cancellations
Orders [Premium Sex/Love Dolls, Lingerie, Clothing and/or Accessories] that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
Returns
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery (Please Note: Buyer Accepts Full Responsibility of Return Shipping Charges, Unless Notified Otherwise). To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods*: [discounted or sale items, personalized items, perishable goods such as intimate apparel, lingerie, premium sex-love dolls and/or adult sex toys and/or accessories] These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

*For Items Allegedly Received Damaged, Dyskreet Sex Dolls & Lingerie Requires that Buyer Must Provide Legible Photos of Damaged Item, Original Packaging & Shipping Label (Postage & Address Label including Tracking) within 12 hours of Delivery Confirmation. We apologize , but there is no exception to this policy. Issues & Photos must be sent to info@dyskreetsexdolls.com. Please Note that Dyskreet Sex Dolls & Lingerie may refer our clients who unfortunately received damaged items to the Shipping Carrier's Customer Service (eg: FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. Customer Service).
Refunds And Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
